Adam is a singer/songwriter, composer and musical collborator with bands including Strays and LAWSON. As a long time friend of The Foundry's Sophie Duncan, they met at Brookfield Community School in Chesterfield and even did the school productions together. Sophis has since collaborated professionally (or as professionally as possible) with Adam on several short film projects, one of which even included Lisa, long before The Foundry exsisted.....what a strange cycle of events!

After receiving her P.H.D in Psychology and lecturing at Nottingham University, she opened a pole studio and has been teaching, performing and competing for 12 years. She is also a mother, poling throughout her first pregnancy and during labour and believes that if you have a passion for something, nothing should get in your way. She placed second in Pole Theatre Professionals when she was 7 months pregnant, and then went on to win Solent Pole just 14 weeks after giving birth. Kat believes in promoting pole as a sport and away from the negative stereotypes sometimes still associated with it
