Fridays, 6.30 - 7.45pm at Pole Athletes, Chesterfield.

Two, 4 week courses over 8 weeks: starting from 14th April, till June 2nd. All classes are available on a drop in basis.

Each course £34 (includes £2 online admin fee)

CONTEMPORARY FITNESS: working on getting killer abs, great glutes, & fierce legs while working on active flexibilty needed to perform contemporary dance movement. Each four week course will progressively work on a piece of original choreography, pushing everything from your cardio to balance, strength & mental development. All packed into 75mins!

Open to all abilities, and avaliable on a drop in basis. However, priority will be given to artists booking courses in advance.

This new class draws on contemporary and neoclassical ballet techniques, taught at a fast pace in order to work on cardio, whilst developing skills needed in dance. Sophie has developed the class around Horton and Cunningham dance techniques which both have a strong emphasis on the core, line and changes of speed. The classes will all work on building a piece of choreography over 4 weeks! 

Open to all abilities.

DROP IN INFORMATION

If you cannot attend the whole course, not a problem! All classes are available on a drop in basis, but pre-registration is advised! Please email so.duncan@icloud.com, up for 2 hours before class to reserve your place and pay £8 on the door. If you know the dates you can attend ahead of time, feel free to email with all your available dates and pay either in advance or on arrival.

Drop in without pre-registration is £9 on the door and subject to availability.
